- Wipe inside and out of sliding glass door
Additional cost for taxes/fees- $20
*If you want the bedding changed, please leave the clean linens out in the bedroom. I will strip each of its dirty sheets and replace with the clean ones before making the bed. The dirty linens will be put into the nearest laundry bin. Please note, there will be a $5 upcharge per bed.
The Initial Clean will be an additional $75 to accommodate the extra time, products and services implemented.
These rates** are used to give a fair price for each home we service. During the walkthrough we will discuss your specific needs and adjust the price accordingly.
We also offer “Special Project” packages that can be added to your routine cleaning (see below). Please schedule these projects in advance so we can accommodate them as soon as possible.
Laundry Package– 2 loads of laundry: sorted, washed, dried, and folded or hung up. +$25
Organizing Closet Package– De-clutter and organize any closet that has become a “catch all”. +$25-$50
Fridge/Freezer Package– Deep clean of the inside of both the fridge and freezer. +$50
Oven Package– Deep clean of the inside of the oven (includes cleaning the racks). +50
Kitchen Cabinet Package– Deep clean of inside and outside of (up to ten) cabinets. +50
